Hi, I'm the heart behind Sapna Blend. For as long as I can remember, I've dreamed of opening my own Indian food spot. I've always loved cooking — especially bold, comforting Indian flavors like chicken tikka, paneer tikka, fresh chutneys, and slow-marinated spices that fill the kitchen with warmth.

But life had other plans first. When my kids were little, my focus was on being present. Between school, sports, homework, and working full time, my days were full — and my heart was, too. My time with my kids was everything to me. So my dream waited.

Now my children are 21 and 18, building lives of their own. And I realized something important: dreams don't expire. They just wait for the right season.

Sapna means "dream," and Sapna Blend is mine. I created Sapna Blend to bring Indian flavors into a fun, modern twist — burritos and bowls packed with authentic spices, tender tikka, fresh ingredients, and the same love I've always cooked with at home. It's a blend of cultures, generations, and comfort.

This isn't just food. It's family. It's courage. It's a dream finally coming to life.
